FMIL called to tell us she's hosting RD at Milleredge and wanted to know how many people. FH suggested perhaps I wanted to invite my 2 Grandmothers...one will be up from Florida. I thought RD was just for bridal party & parents. What do you think?

It is totally up to you. We haven't decided if we are inviting the Grandparents yet. It is up to the bride and groom

we are most def inviting our grandparents....but we are also having them in the processional....but even if not, i would still invite them (my opinion)

We are having the bridal party, immediate family and any family that is in from OOT... grandmothers welcome
There is no rule on this so do what you feel is right.

all of FHs grandparents have passed away, and i only have my grandfather left, and he will Definately be there!!! as well as my great aunt (who was always like a 2nd grandmother to me) and my 2 uncles and aunt.... i see it as being about family, and the RD is when you really have to opporunity to sit and share it with them

ours will definitly be there - grandparents are the patriarchs/matriarchs of the family unit to us - without them none of the families would be there!
