Grandpa Update

Hey ladies,

Thanks for your kind words and thoughts during a difficult situation. Grandpa was moved to a nursing home in queens and so far things are going ok. My mom went there today and he was playing Bingo. (keep in mind he most definitely can't see the board, but he was being social nonetheless.) He has been using his walker and my mom said he looks great! That was a relief. One slight problem so far has been that he was pushed by one of the other men and fell! I felt awful! The man said my grandpa apparently used the bathroom in his room instead of his own! I bet he got confused and used it on accident if at all! Either way, to push him down is just awful. I wanted to cry for him. BUt he seems to be in good spirits and doing ok for now.

I'm glad to hear everything for the most part is OK. That's awful that that happened though. It's very sad when you might not know what you're doing anymore.
