Re: Grandparents question
They don't have to, but usually if you have living grandparents you can ask them.
I will be asking my grandma (only surviving grandparent from both sides!) to walk down with her husband (my 'grandpa' - they've been married longer than I've been alive, but he's not my mom's dad, he's her stepdad, but whatever, he's my grandpa!).

Re: Grandparents question
You could have them if you want to. I only had my grandfather walk down the aisle but I asked the others and they declined.

Re: Grandparents question
We only have one set of grandparents still living and I don't plan to have them walk down the aisle.

Re: Grandparents question
There is no yes or no answer...you can if you would like. My FH and I are having my grandmothers walking down one escorted by my cousin and the other escorted by my uncle. We are having a small bridal party so to extend the precession we decided to give my grandmothers the honor.
