Re: Gratuity

Maitre D - most halls 'suggest' $3-$5 pp
Bridal Attendant - $100-$150
Florist - $5-$10 pp setting up
DJ - $75-$125 pp
Photogapher/Videographer - $75-$100 for the main photographer(s), $50 for the assistant(s)
Hair/Makeup - $25-$60 (this also depends on how many people they are working on)
Coatroom Attendant - $25-$50 pp
Bartender - $50 pp
Valet - $1-$2 per car
Most officiants will not accept a tip, but we gave my Rabbi some $$ to cover his travelling fees.

all of those seem good the only one is the Maitre D if someone had 200 people it could be 1,000. I used to work at an RH and the Maitre D got paid very well there. When I visited on popular RH they told me $1-$3 per person would be good enough and that think about it some can do 3-4 weddings in one day and think about all that cash.
