When Limo companies say that their price includes tax and gratuituy, Do you still tip them??? TIA !!!!

You don't have to... they are usually including 20% for the driver in the price... However if they go above and beyond, you may want to.
We didn't tip extra the guy who took me to the venue, but the guy who brought us home after the reception made a few requested stops and we tipped him.
