Is this Gray Studios in Floral Park? My brother and sister-in-law used them in 2003 for their wedding and totally regretted it. The photographer lady was really snotty and made rude comments all day and made my whole family, including my bro and sis-in-law, really mad.
They did do beautiful work, but they are pricey. My brother's package cost about $6,000, and I know they have copyright things with their photos and say you can't take them elsewhere to be reprinted.
I know my brother told me to stay away from them when I was looking around. Who knows, maybe things have changed since their wedding, and maybe that lady isn't their anymore. But I figured I'd at least give a heads up.
