GREAT Apartment for Rent!
Beautiful apartment in Kings Park - close to beaches, parkways, everything!
One bedroom, one bath, top-floor apartment in house - high ceilings, skylights, huge new windows (with the mini blinds built in!), brand new gas stove/oven, two parking spots in driveway, use of side yard, and more!
All utilities are included - even cable, internet and central air conditioning with your own thermostat.
My DH and I love this apartment but we just went to contract on a house -- we vowed never to leave it until we bought a house because it was such a nice place and a great deal.
Please FM me if you think you might be interested. We have a great landlord so we are trying to help her find new tenants!
