great deal at BBB!
we went yesterday to complete our registry and bought our 13 piece calphalon tri-ply pots/pans set, plus some covers for our non-stick pans and some other odds/ends
they were having an awesome special -- the set is $399 and if you spent $300 or more on calphalon you get a $50 gift card to BBB, and if you spend more than $400 you get a 'bonus set'
Well, the 2 lids we got for our omelette pans put us over the $400 mark so we got this bonus set: a really large non-stick pan with a cover, a nice wooden spoon, a cookbook and a calphalon dishtowl -- box said $124.99!
unfortunately the system wouldnt allow us to use our 10% completion discount AND the 20% off coupons, but we still got 20% off the set! so it turned out to be $320 after the coupon, less another $50 for the gift card so 270 and we got all of that stuff!
we just need to find room for it now but we took it out of the box and its soooo much better than our old set. we've been using the individual pieces we rec'd as shower gifts and i![]()
