1 per couple. The glass is not frosted it is the vellum paper I will fm you the link to the instructions

Just the holders but the quality is so much better then the ones you get 4 for $1.00 I used tealights instead of votives. Target sells a bag of tea lights 100 for $4.00

I had them in the freezer for a few weeks before the wedding I think they lasted almost the whole night... I can ask one of the LIW girls that were at the wedding if you want me to find out exactly

I would love to take the credit but this was not my idea! I found out about it a little while after joining liw and just knew I had to do it! Tuns of girls have done / are doing it as well.
