Great florist!!
Hi - just wanted to recommend to everyone the florist that I used for my centerpieces.
First, I should mention that I really did not want to spend a lot on flowers. I was to the point of planning to buy vases and roses on my own and just use those, but I didn't want to be doing something like that the day of my wedding, of course! However, I still wanted something nice. The Milleridge included 1/2 dozen roses but I wasn't crazy about the centerpiece and wanted something else.
LUCKILY I found my florist through LIW. She lives on LI and is newer to the business but therefore offers INCREDIBLE prices. Over a few weeks we talked about some ideas and she prepared a few samples for me. All were beautiful. I was looking for something low, inexpensive, and different and she came up with the centerpieces In the picture below. It's not the best picture, but the only one I have at the moment. She came before the reception and had everything set up beautifully. I can't say enough great things about her, and about her amazing prices. Because every job is different with flowers I don't want to quote my specific price, but it was FAR less expensive than anything else I'd been quoted, and nicer than others I'd seen. The picture doesn't quite do it justice, but I will say I received many compliments on these flowers.
