It has tons of storage space. FH is really handy and fixed the place up a lot when he moved in so its in great condition. Hardwood floors throughout. The landlords a sweetheart, it was the house she grew up in, so she wants someone who will take care of it. Its $1500 a month but she is negotiable if your interested in it soon.
