smart ones has this amazing sundae. its vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and cookie dough over a cookie. there are 2 in a box and its 3 ww points. i dont follow ww but i think thats good? lol i dont remember how many cals it is. i'll buy it again this week and let you guys know. its amazing though.. even FH loved it.
also.. skinny cow makes awesome ice cream sandwiches

hmm sometiems if you restrict too much (ie dont eat enough) your metabolism wil slow down so much that you cant lose the weight..

I'm eating my favorite right now!
When my bananas start turning brown I freeze them. Then let it defrost a little and add some good dolops of fat free sugar free cool whip. Its the best ice cream substitute!
Today, I had some blueberries on hand and threw those on top.
Fat free and low in calories!
