My travel agency just called, and it seems that the airline overbooked my flight in coach, so they upgraded us to first class at no charge!!!! YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things like that never happen to me!

That's amazing news...congrats! Where are you going?
FYI - I heard this a few times, don't know if it's true or not, but definately worth a shot for all of us... when you go to board your plane, ask if there are any empty seats in first class. Supposedly, if you tell them it's your honeymoon they will usually bump you up for free if they're in a good mood anyway! Good luck!!!

We're going to Aruba too, maybe I'll get a phone call bumping us to 1st class. If not, I'll do like you said and tell them it's our honeymoon. Hey, no harm in asking, right? FH thinks I'm nuts when I try to wheel and deal people, but why not. We've definitely benefited from it at times. Oh, I can't wait to go....one month from tomorrow !!!
Where are you staying in Aruba? We're staying at one of the Divi Resorts.

We are leaving the following Monday. December 5th, when are you leaving? That would be AWESOME if we were on the same flight!!! Delta (non-direct) Direct was VERY expensive. But there's only a 1 hr layover.
