Great News!!

My sister is engaged!!

Her boyfriend popped the question today in the middle of the East Islip St Patrick's Day Parade in front of hundreds of people.

He was actually marching in the parade with the fire department and as they marched past the whole parade stopped and 2 of his fireman friends came over and dragged her in (at which point she was thinking they wanted her to march with them..lol- CLUELESS!) When she was in the middle of the street he came over and got on one knee as everyone surrounded them. She was freaking out...it was the cutest thing!

This is the picture of the actual proposal- I have so many more great pics, but my sister downloaded them onto some weird program and I can't find them now.
