Great News!

Hey Girls! Sorry I haven't really been on! Needed a littel break!

We got our Canvas in from Groupon and IT LOOKS AMAZING!

We also were Apartment Shopping

And after like 15 places and loosing all hope we found one we liked in Kings Park! So FH is calling today to see if we can get the Apartment! So Excited!

yayyyyy so exciting!

FH and I are looking in the Northport/East Northport/Greenlawn area. Maybe we'll be neighbors!

LOL Yea we were trying to stay in Fort Salonga or Commack but I will take KP. FH's Brother has an apartment right in East Northport if you want to take a look? I just felt it was a conflict of interest I wanted us out on our own

well we're hoping to buy something, but that dream might be shot down once all the wedding bills are paid

i've just been pipe dreaming looking at houses on mlsli.com

we'll probably have enough $$ for a down payment AFTER the wedding and my grandma said she would lend us the money for a closing, but I'm just not sure we can swing it. gonna wait until i'm a bit closer to decide. if we buy something, it probably won't be until sept or oct anyway because then we'd have to start paying the mortgage

but we'll been looking basically everywhere from between hicksville and commack. FH works in port washington and i work in melville so we just want to get the most for our money in the best school district we can buy in.

This was so hard! We looked on Craigslist like got the app on our phone and it just keep updating! We found places in Smithtown Fort Salonga Northport 2 in Huntington some in Commack etc. But they were either really nice and too small or really big and too loud (main street) or inconveinent.

Kings Park there is a train (not a great line) but there is a train LOL and not to far from FH's business so it's good enough! It's really big too!

We wanted a house but I want to buy a house we'll live in and we can afford a house just on his salary alone but I am supposed to be getting a promotion soon so I wanted to wait until we find out hos much I will be making and if we can afford something bigger

LOL it is around the corner... I can throw a rock from my house and it would land in KP... there are a crapload of houses for sale in country woods.. come be my neighbor cause I'm pretty sure I'm never leaving my parents house
