Hi Melody!!!! You betcha!!!! So far, two packs Quaker Simple Harvest All natural, Instant multigrain apples and cinnamom and maple brown sugar with pecans/350 cal. and 1 T. of International Delight Vanilla Spiced Rum cream/45 cal. in my decaf coffee. So, I've had 345 cal. so far of my 1200. I was sooooo thrilled to find that creamer last night. It's a Christmas leftover, but I love the taste. I got two bottles. They're good 'til April!! I might contact the co., and ask them, to continue that flavor. Mary MOB
