I posted this on the honeymoon board but didn't get any replies.
is anyone going to Greece for their honeymoon? I am thinking of Athens, Mikonos, and Santorini for 12 days. Any idea what this will cost us? I've heard it can be less expensive than Hawaii and looks absolutely beautiful!

We are doing Crete, Santorini & Athens for 12 days. I think the total will be about $ 7K.

we booked a med. cruise...we will be going to greece, stopping insantorini...also, italy and france ...i think greece would be very nice!

went to Rhodes on vacation. The cost of traveling was on the cheaper end, but the euro is what killed us over there! worth every penny though

im doing greece and italy.....we are going to athens and santorini we'll be in greece for a week i think its about 1,200 fro the hotels we are staying at the divani palace in athens and the volcano views in santorini...

Greece is beautiful!! My favorite island is Santorini!!!! don't like Athens, all you need is 2 days there....skip it and go to islands....Santorini is the most expensive...nice hotels will run you more than 200 euros per night.....food is fairly cheap (compared to NYC)....mykonos is nice for party, not honeymooners...stay only 3 days unless you like 18 years old running around drunk.....
went to Crete, Rhodes, Kefalonia, Paros, Skiathos, Mykonos, Santorini, Athens, Corfu....
went to a wedding in Santorini last year...Loved it!! second picture was taken in Oia, they say the most beautiful sunset in the world... third picture was taken at Myrtos-Kefalonia, the beach is in the top five in the world...
FH & I are going to Greece next year. I heard it is expensive, but I am not sure. Our RH offers us a free hotel stay in Greece for 10 nights, so I know we are going, I just have not looked into prices for airfare yet. Sorry I can not help you out with prices, but I can tell you I heard it is absolutely beautiful there!!!
