Did your koumbaro give you a wedding gift at your wedding or was the fact that they were your koumbaro gift enough?
Someone just asked me and I'm not sure what the norm is.

We had koumbaro and a koumbara and they both gave us wedding gifts.

We had our best friends as koumbari(their married) and in addition to everything else they also gave us a wedding gift- I didn't expect them to, so it took me by surprise.
