Anyway, I know a lot of u girls r greek... If a greek gets divorced can they get married again in church? Cause divorced catholics can't marry again in catholic church so I was just wondering. Thanks!

yes. im almost certain. one of the forms the priest gave us asked if we either of us were divorced/had divorce documents or whatever.

I am not greek, so I can not swear by this, but my coworker is and when I was bitching about having to get an annullment so I could get married in the catholic church again, I asked her if greek orthodox have to get annulled and she said she was pretty certain they do not.

Greeks dont believe in annulments. Yes you can get married again in a greek church if you have been divorced.

It is where the catholic church blackmails you and tells you that you cant get married in their chruch unless you pay them thousands of dollars and have to go before like three judges to even see if they will do it for you. Then once they say i t is ok and you pay them thousands of dollars they say...'ok we will pertend your first marriage never happened'.....gee, do you think I am bitter
