That's funny -- I am not greek and neither is FH, but when we first go together, maybe we were dating 4 mos or so - i must have shown him a pearl ring I liked or something, and he said he heard that you should never get a girl pearls unless you are very serious because it shows commitment. I was like, whatever!! but i guess it has meaning from way back when in Europe.

That is a great website! i almost peed my pants watching some of this...my sister is my MOH and not greek but can hold my dress walking down the aisle....even thouh I am 27 we still get giggle fits...I dont' knwo how we are going to make it through!

I'm not Greek either so I've been learning as we go. My fam and friends are DEFINITELY going to need the outline of what the heck's going on during the ceremony... I also ordered some Greek dancing dvds, tho I have to say I don't think there's much skill to it
