I'm really torn with my BM colors and overall wedding colors. But one of my ideas is to do green bridesmaid dresses but I do not want sage... i want something more 'summery' like a lime green or an apple green but I dont want it like neon. I have been searching and searching and it seems like a difficult color to find. Jcrew does have a color close to what I am looking for but im afraid their dresses are too causal looking for a saturday night wedding. Does anyone have any suggestions? have you seen pics of this color or any designers that have something close? Thanks!

how about forest green dresses. I got my MOH dress for a friend's wedding at bloomies in that color and it was an amazing dress that is totally wearable time and time again. I think a forest green color is an easier color to find, and it looks summary IMO

My BMs are in 'pistachio' with lavender accents by Alfred Angelo. I call it mint, even though the tag says pistachio.
I love it because it's a very pale green without being too neon.
Alfred Angelo also has some other colors that are green but not sickly... like lettuce and celedon.
It's not these dresses, but it is this color. The ones they're getting are tea length with a lavender sash and white flower on the sash, as well as a small lavender lace accent at the hem.

If you go to the bari jay website they have a color called 'peacock' that is nice!
Style 505... it comes up in 'moss' but you can click on the 'peacock' option and it will change... that might be nice for summer.

Alfred Angelo has a color called kiwi......i would check their website out! online it might look a little bright so i would check the dresses out in person

My MOH got a celedon 2-piece dress from Alfred Angelo. It's such a nice shade of green. The top had black netting over the celedon.
my colors are prob going to be kiwi (second down, second in on the left with cotton candy (third down, fourth in on right) OR (and this might be nice for you) mint (top row, 3rd in from right) with american beauty (3rd down, 3rd in from right)
I was in LOVE with an Alfred Angelo dress, but when I saw it in person.. i HATED it.. it broke my heart. ::sigh::

In person it is bright and pretty!

My BM's are wearing Jordan...I love this dress because of the bling on the straps...but they also look really beautiful on the girls...and they all love them because they don't really look like a BM dress! If this doesn't post, look in my album...the color is kiwi by jordan.

Jim Hjelm has a nice green...it's kinda like an apple/green leaf color. That's one of the colors i wore last year when i was a BM. with that, we all wore light colored gold/champagne shoes.
