i have seen them in pictures with pnk or brown dresses ...i think they are really nice...and different

I am having green roses in my centerpience s and green and hot pink petals along the sides of the aisle runner. Good question though, not sure if they turn

that will be really pretty.
one florist told me they will turn yellow and i don't really want that

They are beautiful in person. I have seen them in different green dye.

You could speak with a florist and pay to have a few dyed. Some places will do it, others order them in.
Im going with a shop that does the dying on site, you have more control that way.
