Hi -- we're placing an ad in the Pennysaver next week, but we'd LOVE to rent to a LIW couple!
3 Bedroom updated ranch in Greenlawn (Western Suffolk); Harborfields school district. If you're familiar with the town we're 1 block from the Little League Field. Nice fenced in yard with brand new large deck; 1 nicely renovated bathroom; Living room/Dining room; eat in kitchen. We've done a lot of work to the house, all new doors, windows and fresh paint.
Very close (about 1 mile) from both the Greenlawn and Huntington train stations. My brother does the landscaping, so no maintenance required.
We're asking $2200 plus electric. Will consider a pet. FM for more details, I'm awful w/ posting pics, but I'll try to get DH to do so if anyone is interested.
