OK I just started watching like 3 or 4 episodes ago, and then I watched last night. So what I don't know yet is why did Derek suddenly decide to get back with his wife? In the new episodes Derek is back with his wife, but in last night's she had just returned and he didn't seem to be interested in a reunion (since she cheated on him!). What happened?!
Also does Izzy know Alex has syphilis?

Yeah - I knew it was a rerun - but I missed alot of the middle of the season episodes, so I was wondering what happened between last night's show (rerun) and the newer shows.

ohh ok derek went back to his wife even tho she cheated on him... b/c he felt obligated to make it work with her since they were technically still married and he had never signed the divorce papers..
