Just curious, cause i didn't know if it is just me but... Everytime you are checking out at the grocery store (paying with a debit card)... Does anyone else notice that after you put your pin in.. the cashier HAS to tell you to PRESS THE GREEN BUTTON??? I mean lthey don't give you a second to actually do it yourself..they automatically rush to say GREEN BUTTON ...PRESS THE GREEN BUTTON
i dunno maybe it is just me who notices this oddity

This happened to me today! They had only 2 registers open and I felt bad holding up the line,,anyway, I swipe my card and start entering the wrong code..now i feel really bad but am questioning myself, why am I rushing..Well right away she goes 'hit the green button' Im trying to help bag groceries too..uuughh. I hear you. Cashiers, please give us more time to hit the button!

I ALWAYS FREAK ON THEM!
I position my finger there ..I mean if I say to them Paying with debit, paying with Visa etc..that means I KNOW HOW TO DO IT.
I have even told them ' I KNOW' !!
Im laughing so hard Im gonna pee in my pants , I thought I was the ONLY one...

I still cant get over you posting this..I thought I had to be the ONLY one in the worl dthat got annoyed that Im standing there WAITING to hit the green button and my finger is ready and they say ' green button'....

i love the cashiers at stop & shop - who work the do it yourself area. now, they must be at the top of the grocery cashier chain to catch that gig. they act like the are running the store and you must be some kind of idiot if you can't get your order done right. i want to scream at them 'you work at freaking stop & shop now get off my ***!!!!!!!!!!'
