Groom speeches at the Wedding Reception

Hey everyone

I need some idea to what to say at the Reception.Does the groom do a speech and how I come about start writeing one up.What I start with in thanking who and what for .

Please help ??????

I don't think it’s required to give a speech at the wedding. Especially since everyone you need to thank like both your parents, BM, MOH, and everyone else in the wedding in general will be at the rehearsal dinner, so it’s customary to thank them there. I know at our wedding there will be a large number of out of town guests so I want to make sure to thank them for coming, so I will have to give a speech during the wedding to do at least that. Remember though the BM will be giving a speech at the wedding so if you decide to give a speech keep it short, and remind him to do the same. Don’t want to cut too far into dancing and celebrating!

First off be sure to thank anyone who contributed anything like money or anything else to the wedding. Also be sure to thank anyone who is participating in the wedding. Other then that it’s really up to you and who you feel is appropriate to thank.

Yes the FW and I along with the the in laws went on January 13
I love the food there.Everyone there is so help on nice to you.
To give the food and people there from 1 to 10 I get it a 10++++++++++plus 10
