Is it weird for the groom to walk down the aisle as well? This was going to be my lineup:
Groom His Matron of Honor (His Sister) His Best Man (His Brother) My Matron of Honor (My Sister) My Best Man (My Brohter) Me & Dad
or
His Best Man (His Brother) His Matron of Honor (His Sister) Groom
My Matron of Honor (My Sister) My Best Man (My Brohter) Me & Dad
I just thought it might look nice!

I'm not too crazy about that idea. I like the groom and best man already being up front. But if you want something, go for it.

Re: Groom Walking Down the Aisle?
My husband walked with both his parents down the aisle followed by the rest of the groomsmen in pairs and then the bridesmaids solo. I think it's nice to have the groom and his groomsmen process - it gives them their chance in the spotlight!

Re: Groom Walking Down the Aisle?
My DH walked down aisle first with his brother (BM)
Why can't you have his Matron go first, then him with his brother- and then your party, then you & dad?
I like the idea!

Re: Groom Walking Down the Aisle?
My church basically requires the groom to walk down w/ parents before me. I dont mind I guess as long as I hide from him

Re: Groom Walking Down the Aisle?
My DH walked down the aisle, too.
It was....
Priest
Groom
Best Man
Then the regular procession.
Although my DH was nervous and walked down so close to the priest, it was like a conga line!!

Thank you girls! I think it's nice too. It also gives the guests sitting in the back of the church a chance to see him! Although I'm sure he won't be too happy about it when I tell him..... Oh Well!!!
