What is a grooms cake. I have never heard of it until you girls mentioned it. When do you have one of those?

It is usually a themed cake that is presented to the groom at the rehearsal dinner

or at the wedding - it typically reflects his interests and passions. Traditionally, it is the 'darker' or richer of the two cakes (chocolate, nuts, etc)
