Can anyone give me some pricing info on Groom's Cakes or suggest a baker? Did you have it at the Rehearsal Dinner or at the Reception? Also if you have pics to share, I'd love to see them!

I'm getting a model of Shea Stadium for the FI, and going to Jackie's Cake Boutique in Staten Island....paying approximately $200
She does phenominal work, and is not THAT expensive.
I'm sure you want someone on LI though right? Post on the vendor's board to get a range of prices.

If I do this, I was thinking about getting a Carvel cake. FI LOVES Carvel! I think another bride also did this recently.

i'm getting fh's at brownstone cake bakery in brooklyn. there was another bride on here who used them... it's going to be a bulls basketball jersey with his name and number on the back. about $200.
Audrey's Bakery was outstanding with my DH cake... I suprised him at the RD with it.... it fed more than 40 guest (with left overs) and if I remember correctly it was $100.
