Re: GROOMS CAKE
It depends what you want. I had the Black Forest Bakery make a NY Giants cake for my husband. I bought all the decorations myself online, including the cutest little Giants bobblehead. The bakery put them on, did a Giants logo in icing, and that was it. Everything together cost me less than $50, and since they were already delivering our wedding cupcake tower, delivery was free. But it was a pretty small cake, we didn't need a big cake, it was really just the thought.

I third that. Here's a pic of my Philadelphia Eagles cake for DH. I think it was $180, including delivery, but this was for a special filling/cake flavor - red velvet and cream cheese). Tom is a doll to deal with and I did the whole thing over email.

Re: GROOMS CAKE
That's great! They asked me at Black Forest if I wanted the cake to look like a football helmet, and although I thought it would be cute, I thought crap ,how much would they charge for that! and said, 'no, regular cake would be fine. not sure I've got a good picture of mine on the computer, lemme see...
