Can you try pricing out the cake and delivery from other bakers? If others are charging a more reasonable price, maybe you can use that as leverage with Audrey's to get them to lower their delivery charge.
I'm not sure of the distance and how detailed the cake is, but $150 does seem excessive.

hmmm it kinda is a lot of money. I got the Grooms Cake from La Bonne Boulangerie in Port Jefferson www.labonneboulangerie.com and they are only charging me $25.00 to deliver. Total price of everyting was a little over $400.00

where are you getting your wedding cake from... im doing a grooms cake thru the bakery providing my wedding cake, and they are delivering the grooms cake with our wedding cake no charge.

They also told me it was $100 not $150. Is there ANYONE who can pick it up for you that day? My MOH was going to be the designated cake delivery person that day if we had gone with Audrey's. So sorry you're going through this!

That does seem like a lot of money...I don't know what to tell you, I know I wouldn't pay it, but this isn't something that's important to me personally. You just gotta weigh out how important this part of the wedding is to you to help make your decision!
