The Chocolate Duck in Farmindale. Not sure if it's Nassau or Suffolk, it may be right on the border. The made my DH's grooms cake. A replica motocycle. IT looked amazing and tasted even better!!!

I got mine from Sweet Karma Desserts in East Meadow. Brian was great to work with--I did it through e-mail and fax since I work in the city. It looked great and was really yummy.

I got DH's Groom's cake from Buttercooky in Floral Park.

It tasted great too! Vanilla cake with chocolate cheesecake filling.

I used Dortoni and was so exited. Their book and website were amazing, and I see a cake above that looks awsome too! I was majorly disappointed with my Groom's Cake. It is Yankee Stadium, and I think it looks very amateurish...nothing like the detailed cake I saw in their book at the bakery. The field is even put on backwards. I have not yet been back to tell them of my dissapointment (I live oot), but I will. Just be sure that the sam person who baked the sample will bak your cake (or at least get to speak to the person)!
Also, it was mighty expensive! The Shea staduim cake is the one they had on their website...which looks nothing like what i got!

To add, i think that there was no detail at all on my cake! I am trying to attach the sample of Shea they have on their webste. The Yankee sample was very cool and detailed too.
