how many weeks/months before the wedding should you order the groom's cake (for those of you who are doing one)?
i ordered dh's grooms cake about 2 or 3 months before the wedding.
I think I am going to wait until about 2 months before the wedding to order
you can order it now if you want.. i ordered mine way in advance and then just put down a deposit
I was planning to get mine from a friend, but then plans fell through so I went to Sweet Karma bakery in East Meadow just yesterday. He is working WONDERS for me and coming in UNDER my budget and will have my cake ready in just 3 weeks!
i orderd my grooms cake at the same bakery that was making my wedding cake, so when i finalized my order with the baker for my wedding cake, i ordered the grooms cake as well
