i dont know what these are for - what do you do with them? or when do you give it to the groom?

a lot of ppl do this to surprise the groom - it is either at the reception hall next to the wedding cake, or some give it during the rehearsal dinner.

supposed tradition is that it's served at the RD and the cake is supposed to be chocolate.

i plan on having it as a surprise at the wedding itself...i'm gonna have a cake made to replicate a 1967 Shelby Mustang--my FH's dream car!!

I had a grooms cake for my husband the night of the rehearsal dinner...he loved it!!

He is a HUGE Dallas Cowboys fan so I had a jersey made with my DH's nickname and his favorite number.

Pics in my Community Album.
