How far in advance do the guys go and pick out their tux? Also does the bride have to pick the kind of tux first or leave it up to the groom?

We went last week for tuxes for our Jan. 4th wedding. You should probably look 4 months before unless your wedding is in May/June(prom season). I would call the shop you plan to use and ask As for him picking it out, does he want to or does he want you to? My FH picked out his tux but I picked for the guys. Hope this helps
