actully no, this is a very nice thing to give a grooms man.
personally Im giving one of my grooms men a sword that Im personally gonna engrave for him
thats just my opinion though, im sure palebride isnt very happy about the sword but im gonna do it anyway because thats what I want to give.
also I refuse to give normal groomsmen gifts.

my fh wants a sword for the ceremony - in the old days indian grooms would carry a sword w/ them. i had to say no to the sword. he'd hurt himself.
