We are thinking about pocket watches. I didn't want to do anything alchohol related b/c my brothers don't need any more incentive.

FH is taking care of this department - but from what I 'gather' he's getting the following:

- all diff for each one

1) engraved baseball bat (for friend that's an AGM of a team)
2) monogrammed gym bag w/a 6month subscription to Men's Health and something else...
3) cufflinks for another

and i honestly don't remember what he's getting the rest.

I had a really hard time with this too. Here's what I did....

I used Google. One of the guys is a surfer the other is a pilot. So, I did a search 'gifts for surfers' or 'gifts for pilots'. Believe it or not I found really cool things for them that way.

We got nice watches for the guys. All but one of the GM don't drink so we couldn't do anything alcohol related so we thought watches would be a nice idea.

DH bought really good bottles of scotch for some GM and for the ones who don't like scotch, he got them subscriptions to beer of the month club.

DH got his guys all swiss army pocket multi tool things... its really great even just to keep in the car with you, because you never when you'll need a pair of scissors or something...
we also got them each a bottle of their favorite alcohol...

My friend just gave me a good idea to get the guys really good flip-flops, like REEF, that they can use. I want pics of the entire bridal party in flip flops, so this is perfect for me. (I'm trying to find burgundy colored flip flops to match the BM's dress, too. Or at least ones with burgundy accents). My FH and I will wear black and white flip flops, respectively, but this site has REALLY nice flip flops at great prices! Your wedding in in July, so this would be PERFECT!

We're doing the same - individual gifts. One is a getting a monogramed leather excursion case from RedEnvelope.com for when he travels, a Cigar sampler for the cigar lover, cuff links from Tiffany for the Best Man, etc etc.
