Any ideas what to do with it besides burgers, meatballs and meatloaf? We also do tacos occasionally, but i'm not a huge fan. I feel like its always the same things over and over.

Re: ground turkey meat
Treat it like ground beef. Try a stroganoff or sloopy joe.
Here's one of my favs: Saute a small onion. Then add some mixed frozen/fresh peppers. When the peppers are tender, add the ground turkey. Cook completely. Meanwhile, cook some egg noodles. WHen they are almost done, put about 1/2 a med size jar of green stuffed olives in to cook thru- don't worry about draining them. Draing the pasta/olives and add to the turkey mixture. Add about 1/2 a bottle of italian dressing and enjoy.
Tips: Don't use black olives or cesar dressing- not quite the same. We got this recipe from someone w/ high cholestoral so they used fat free dressing and yoke free noodles- can't tell the difference. FM me how it turns out.

Re: ground turkey meat
I use it to make a tasty (and healthy!!) meat sauce! Usually sautee some onions, mushrooms & maybe a little peppers & make my sauce with that to use with pasta & maybe leftovers to make pizza!! (It's very CHUNKY sauce that way!!)
