growth spurts

Hi - Can you tell me at what months your babies went through growth spurts. Jake just turned 3 months last week and was sleeping so well. Just this past week, he is up a lot during the night and looking for food. I was wondering if this could be a growth spurt. I hope so and I hope he returns to his 'normal' sleeping schedule soon.
