I called like A month ago to change my name. Today I get my new name it has my old name. I call them and they were like Ohh to change ure name you have to send a letter with a copy of ure new Identification to us. I was like Well if he would have told me that then I would have done that and it would have been done already but thats not what he said besides I have 15 other credit cards and not one had a problem with it they changed right over the phone. I was like whats the address well she started reading it off SO FAST I got the first word down and she was done.... I was like ok SLOWLY this time. How annoying!

That happened to me with Sears. I changed all my major cards, visa, mastercard, express either online or over the phone, but Sears wants a letter in the mail with a copy of my marriage license. Oh well, I am just going to get rid of it. I don't feel like wasting my time to write to them.

Thats how I feel. I changed all my major cards plus Lane Bryant Target I changed every card I have without a problem.
