Grr...picking our wedding song!!

FH and I are having SOOO much trouble picking a wedding song. We've listened to so many songs and just can't agree on one!!! The only one we've sort of come to a consensus on is Lenny Kravitz's 'I Belong to You'. We both love the words and the fact that it's not too common as a wedding song...but something in me feels like it's just not exactly a 'wedding song'. Does that make sense??

Does anyone have advice for me? (Please?) I'm so frustrated that I feel like my brain will soon turn to liquid and leak out of my ear.

It took us a long time too and alot of arguing..lol..but after long debates..We both decided on I don't wanna miss a thing by Aerosmith. So don't worry it will work out. Don't let your brain leak out of your head, it's just a song..

Don't go crazy, your not alone!
I took FH and I a few months to pick a song....we've been together for 6 years and we couldn't pick one song to sum them up...we argued a lot too! After a long night of downloading songs and playing them over and over we finally decided! We both love it and couldn't be happier!

It was an amazing choice as a first song, we went back and forth so many times and just kept coming back to it. Those 3 minutes or so were one of the most incredible parts of my wedding.

This was my parents' wedding song back in 1977, too! It's a beautiful song. I didn't want to use it, though, because I wanted to be different from my parents.

I know exactly how you feel! I feel like this is the one thing we can't finalize!!!

We've narrowed it down though...

Endless Love - Luther/Mariah
Gotta Be - Jagged Edge
I only have eyes for you - The Flamingos

Still arguing about it with 34 days to go

I know what you're saying about it not seeming too 'weddingy' but it's unique and if you both love it you should use it. No one has even heard of the band that sings our song (Freekbass), but it's PERFECT for us. Just use what you agree on, I think it's even better that it's unique

This is a GREAT song---the words are perfect for a first dance song---the only problem is that it's a little difficult to dance to. other options:
