grrr... vendor vent...

I need rentals for my wedding, litterally everything needs to be rented... forks, spoons, plates, glasses, serveware, etc etc..

So my caterer highly recommened a company that does a lot of stuff in the Hamptons, even though my event is not in the Hamptons.

Anyway, they are so rude to me, don't send quotes unless my caterer asks them to, and give me quotes like this

I asked them to send me itemized costs, again, I ask directly, no response, caterer asks them, they get righ on it. So she sends

item.. $1000
misc fee $2000
total cost $5000

I don't get it, do they just dislike me or something?
Do they think I'm stupid? They still wont give me an explaination as to misc costs.

Needless to say, I need another company, so I spent all weekend emailing, this vendors quote to all the rental companies in Suffulk I could find. I know its a little 'rude' or whatever, I'm seriously not caring. I need to get this done. Wedding is soon, and I have no chairs for people to sit on.

If you know of any rental companies in Suffult, let me know. (if you need this vendors name I'll be so happy to tell you!)

I need all dinnerware, servewear, tables, chairs, linens. Nothing fancy all basic stuff, all white.
