GRRRR - Craft shoes....

I call them up right now to make sure my shoes are done because I havent heard anything from them...

First I am asked a bunch of questions as if they never heard anything about me or my shoes before (my entire BP bought their shoes from them and we all dropped them off to be dyed) - this is after when I initially dropped the shoes off, they tried to charge me for the dye because they didn;t know we got them there - even though i told them several times my name was in the wedding book....

So, I am asked a question, and then put on hold. she comes back asks me another question, I'm put on hold... after 10 minutes of this - I ask her what exactly is this confusion about?

then she looks in the book and said - oh - it says here 'pick up on 6/02 - someone picked them up already'

Now I KNOW that no one picked up our shoes... I asked her who picked up the shoes????... Then I said, 'Are you sure it doesnt mean to be picked up on 6/02? 'She says - oh yeah...

I'm like - Are my shoes there or NOT? She said the person in charge of the wedding party shoes just stepped out, and he'll call me back!

She had the wrong number of people written under my name (that is after she found my name...)

so now I'm waiting for them to call me back!!!

I am SO frustrated right now!!!!!

OMG I'm on the phone with them again -this is a nightmare - they are soooo disorganized!!!!!

OK - they figured it out - each pair of shoes wasn't put under MY name, but under each one of their last names!!!!

I was reeeeally trying not to lose it on the phone - its not my personality at all - but I thought I was going to get all snarky on her!!!!
