grrrr Marriott (uniondale)!!!!

We blocked 15 rooms with them a few weeks ago. THey sent us the thing to sign and fax back, which we did. FH decided to confirm that they got it (not sure why he waited this long though...) and they told him there is no record of our wedding blocks!!!!! He emailed and called the people we dealt with but they were not in.
so he left a message, and hope to hear from them today....
W T F???? how could you not have a record of us??? even if we didn't fax the thing back, they don't follow up on people they are dealing with???? this is the SECOND time we had a problem with this hotel!!!

just had to vent... they really s u c k!!!!! and are very unorganized!!! i'm worried that some people tried to book rooms and were not able to now!
