GRRRR.... why do aol and hewlert packard/compaq have....
their customer service in f*cking INDIA or PAKASTAN!!!! When you call you can never understand them. I was having a problem with my laptop (compaq) and the people at HP had no idea what we were saying. I just walked past my DH in the computer room going can I talk to someone else... he comes out freaking out about how they are india or pakastan and he had to repeat his credit card # 15 times and they still had no idea what they were talking about!!!

Dell's customer service is like that also and it drives me nuts. Last time I had a probelm I had to call up 4 times before I got someone who I could understand and could understand me. It was funny because he didn't have much of an accent and he had asked me what time it was and I said 3:00 and he said, thats what time it is here too, wow, what are you doing up so early. Then he explained me he was on the other side of the world and it was 3 in the morning and that he was really tired. I was just so happy that he was able to help me 3 hours later then my first call to Dell.
