Awwwwww Jill, I'm sorry you're having to deal with this!!!!!!!!!!

If you're writing a letter I'd include a line like 'I made a baby in less time then it's taking you to make my album!!!!!'

Hopefully it'll all be resolved shortly and you'll have your beautiful album.
