Grrz waste of a weekend!

The only time I can actually plan some wedding stuff is on the weekends since thats the only time FH and I are both home from work at the same time..since I don't drive I depend on him to get me around

So yesterday was a complete waste because of the rain..and the over exaggerated tropical storm So we ended up staying in a being bummy..we watched a few movies and all in all it was a fun, stay-at-home-nite, but we were up until 10AM watching movies..YESSS 10AM!!!!!! So we took a nap and got back up around 1..

So basically it was too late to go to the church...so our choices were
A - go to Michaels to look around for some stuff we needed for the Bridesmaids
B - go to look at picture locations for the Wedding
C - go to the outlets to see if we can get necklaces for the bridesmaids from swarovski
D - screw the wedding and go to the park with a few of our friends...

So after talking to my mom, she said we should leave the bridesmaids gifts til another week since its not something that really 'needs' to be done now..so we went with plan B..only when we got to BOTH parks..we learned you needed to be a resident to get in I was mad but FH was infuriated!!! lolz... I knew you had to have a permit to take pics, but I just wanted to look to see if I even WANTED to take pics there, ya know?

The first park had security at the entrance so there was no way of getting in... the 2nd park, we snuck into ..it was nice but i'm not sure it beats my dream place - The Vanderbilt Museum..

So now I feel like I've wasted my weekend! I hate that just nothing seems to be getting done lately!!!!!

Sorry just had to vent!

aww I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to get a lot done.. The same happened to me this weekend too! I wanted to go look at wedding bands on Saturday but the rain was too bad over here. Of COURSE, the place was closed today so now we have to wait another 3 weeks to go since I am busy the next two Saturdays!
