Hi girls...I'm coming alone...as long as my shower is the week before and I didn't overhear the wrong date. My Fi would never come...its bad enought that he laughs at me whe I am on here. I live Queens so if anyone is around the same area and would like to come with me just FM me.

There are alot of us going to the GTG alone. For those of you thinking about going, you should go. I have been to a few of these GTGs and they are alot of fun. GTGs is how alot of us have met. Once you start talking to people, you think that you have known them forever.

The vendors participating...what's that all about? Do they all have giveaways? Raffles? Displays?

Is food & drink involved?!

no i am not attending alone. i'm bringing fi with me. i only invited him because there is going to be a contest that only the guys could enter. but now i wish i was going w/o him. maybe i'd ditch him and let moh use his ticket? what do ya think?

Alot of the vendors on here donated prizes to be given away the day of the GTG. Each girl will be given tickets and then you will put the tickets in for the prizes that you are interested in. Also with reagrds to the prize for just the guys, Ron made a challenge. If you could get 40 people to attend, he would donate a 31 inch TV but if he could get 60 (if I remember correctly) he would donate a 45 inch TV but the only thing is that the guys are the only ones that can particpate in that prize.

There will be food, drinks and dessert.

We will all have a great time. I enjoy these GTGs because I get to see those that I know again and I get to meet new people.

I don't know anyone either- still debating whether to go. FI would go if I asked him to but I don't think he'll have that much fun. Plus I'd probably have more fun w/o him.

I'm coming in from Stony Brook if anyone is in this area.

Bride2be-If you invite your MOH instead of FH- I would do the same. She actually is one of my bm's but my mom said she is the one out of the four who is always calling and helping with my shower. I'd think it would be fun for her, she's getting married in a year or two.
