GTG on November 16?

Who's in?

My FH will be away I think and I didn't meet anyone at the shower because I couldn't make it. I would love to do a happy hour / appetizers kind of thing. Maybe somewhere on the Nassau / Suffolk border? So it's convenient for most? Don't have any ideas really except for something on 110 .. like applebees / fridays / ruby tuesdays???

Any takers?

I'm in. Fridays is always a favorite. Good drinks and good apps.

FH is off but he'll be watching Heros. It's too scary for me this season

I am new and never got to meet any of you--I think it would be nice----and that is Football Monday and my FH will be watching that all night--so I am free.

Is everyone ok with Fridays on 110? I was thinking we could start it at 6? There is a place in Plainview I always wanted to try, called The Main Event, it's on Old Country Rd ... I work until 6 so I couldn't get there until about 6:30 ... if we do Fridays I can get there at 6:15 ... but enough about me ... whatever's easiest for most is fine with me.

Awesome! I think the Main Event sounds good - let's see what other LIWers think.

the good think about that place is it isn't over croweded lol we can take it over!!!

I'm in but only for a little bit! FH is FINALLY off on fridays so i want to see him too!!

I have my CPA exam the following morning, but if I'm up for a study break and I'll stop out and say hello!

There are a few I missed and some coming up I can't make, so that's why I figured I would take charge and set one up myself. Hope you can stop in!
