hmm, I'm really not sure how renting the room works, I've never been there. I'm sure you can come whenever you're able to get in to the city, when I call tonight to reserve I'll ask typically how long we can use the room for (meaning I don't know if they'll schedule another party for 8 pm in our room or something like that). Either way, it's not like we'll all pick up and go home after 8 anyway!

Sure! we'll be in the village so I'm sure there is a ton of things to do, even if it is only an hour (which I'm only speculating they haven't said anything like this) there is still a regular bar there where we can hang out

okay girls...i am planning n going so you can add me to the list (almost 100% sure)....i think by friday i will be SO burnt out that i will definately need a few drinks!!!! i am supposed to be off from work on friday but they may need me to come in anyway. if i end up going into work i guess i can just meet you girls at penn. i will take the train from the Bronx to penn. if i am off i will take the LIRR. most likely i wont be off though. so can we pick a place to meet at Penn and a time?? we may need to exchange phone numbers to make sure we meet up okay. what if we meet at penn somewhere at 6:30....does this work for you girls? or 6:40? (to make sure everyone has enough time) where can we meet? and who is meeting so we know who to look for. I really would feel more comfortable if i could meet up with people beforehand.

sounds good to me...maybe we can all meet by the big stairs where the big ticket booth is or over where the stairs are to catch the 'E' train....just an idea
and 6:30-6:40 sounds good cause that means us babylon girls can catch the 5:13 train and it gets us in at 6:20pm
